I don't like it. Nor do I agree with his ideas.

I emailed him offering to help him start his own blog which he could then periodically link to Cryonet. He didn't bite. This is one tough pugnatious case. Even Trygve Bauge took me up on my offer and that settled him into a situation he could live with. Pugnato simply doesn't respond at ALL.

... and he is somewhat "stuck up". Or at least that was my impression. Kind of a know it all.

Of the times I've met you, Rick, you've seemed relaxed (and social and polite, etc). That's why I was somewhat surprised by all your recent posts concerning Alcor news, etc. when you seemed so "uptight" about something not critical.

Alcor News is a central communications tools with the membership. It's really more critical than I think you think it is. I just didn't want to see it go under because it's still a newborn item and I like it alot. I'm cool now though because Joe W. said he'd make sure it gets generated once a month, hopefully earlier than later. That's pretty good, I'd say. I'm happy with that. I'm fine now. I feel reassured. I feel valued as a member. I have confidence in Alcor and the president again. If I had tapdance shoes, I'd use them.

Taking the word of maniacs now, are we? I would not say educated and stuck up are synonymous. Perhaps you are just biased based on his origen.
