Note: "In order to avoid heavy import taxes, Rolex watch dials marketed during the 1940s in Canada were often absent the brand name "Rolex" and the words "Swiss" or "Swiss Made". This Victory is not an Oyster and the case is not waterproof. These were considered to be entry level Rolex watches during the WWII era." - R.
