Adam, Kevin and Carley,

I'm proud of you guys. You all did a great job and should be proud of yourselves.

Kevin....a 6/9 day is pretty good. obviously, i know you and right now you're thinking "not good enough." I like that. You qualified for both collegiate and teen/junior nationals. Not a bad day at all.

Carley....I have never seen a 7/9 day from a lifter that missed both her opening squat and opening bench! Unreal.... lol, nice job from you as well! You'll be a force at collegiate's!

Adam.....why in the world were you trainig with 250lbs or whatever in the weightroom for deadlift if you were gonna show up at the meet and pull 365 like a joke? At least we have a better idea where you actually are.

Tim, Craig and Michelle....thanks for being there and helping out. This was the first meet in a while that I didn't have to do everything. In fact, I didn't wrap one single lifter today...it felt nice. Great job.

Everyone did a great job....2 more weeks until nationals....keep up the good work!

Josh
