As Craig said below, Kristina and Janine qualified for nationals! Also Ashland brought home the state trophy! I want to say good job to everyone, and hope to get Adam and Bruce qualified in the spring. Make sure that when you are at these meets that you are constantly looking for new blood to recruit. I had a couple people address me on possibly lifting at AU next year and thats great! The more people we can get in the gym and training the better chance we have at Nationals against powerhouses LSU and LA Tech!
