Information on Sterling H. Parks

I am a former Marine wanting info on my Uncle, Sterling H. Parks, he was with Co. L , 3rd Raider Bn, 4th Marine Regt. He was killed in action in July of 44 in Guam. Hoping to find any info on him or stories of the action in Guam. This would be a great help for my family. Thanks
