I am looking for any information on Marine Raider William Russell, a Marine from Iowa who served with the 2nd Raider BN and was later killed in action on Iwo Jima. If there are any fellow Raiders who may remember Bill I would like to hear from you. Bill's brother is my father in law and if I can help him learn anything about his brother, that would be great. Thank you to all the Vets who fought and won WW2.
