I am looking for information regarding my father, James Andrew (Lefty) Morrison, who was a marine raider. I am interested in learning about all the battles he was involved in during his service from 12/1941 thru 11/1945. He was in the Pacific theatre (possibly including Iwo Jima, Okinawa, New Georgia, Solomon Islands, and the occupation of Japan).

I would love to hear from anyone who may have served with him, or otherwise has any information on this subject.
