dear mr x,
it occurs to me that if you were to tie a piece of string around the base of your member this would keep all of the pus and other disgusting fluids within said member, thus retaining its size. not only this but within a week you would not only be big but would be big and black.
might i also suggest that some remedial english lessons might prove useful.
