I found the navigation ok Macca but if I were you I would change that index.shtml, the reason being if peole only type
http://www.maccastuff.f2s.com they cannot enter your site.
One thing I was not too keen on your navigation is at the bottom of the page. I guess you must have a rearson for that as you have specificaly placed it there, why?? My theory on this is, you found that nice little link that jumps to the bottom of the page and you wanted to show peole you could do it
