Whatever way you prefer.
It was pretty easy to just cut out my menu (and javascript) and paste them into thier own files. Then I just stick a <!--#include virtual="filename" --> wherever I want the menu (or javascript) to go. Then I can edit the menu (or javascript) in that one file and it changes it for the whole site.
The cool thing is, a "view source" shows the file just like the html was still there. The web server replaces the <!--#include--> tag with the exact contents of the file you specify.
If only this was working at the beginning!
btw, I was playing with logo ideas for your site, but they all came out so bad that I'm embarassed to show them :P I'm not very good at graphics I'm afraid.
