I came in to work this morning to have most of my religious conservative colleagues try to convince me that we won't be worse off in 4 years. It's not much of a comfort, especially since most of them think that Reagan was actually a good president.
I mentioned the separation of church and state once to them. The reply was "well, there isn't really a separation, or there shouldn't be at least". Very scary. Fortunately, they don't try to impose their religious beliefs or their whacky morals on me. They just say dumb things
