I signed on a house last night!
No more getting ripped off by rent increases every year. Let's see... It's a townhouse (but an end unit on a corner lot), 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1 powder room, finished basement with fireplace, and large kitchen. It's up on a hill, so there is a very nice view from the master bedroom.
