Winter is here, and my R9 can't heat cabine inside. Small radiator is changed two years ago, termostat is OK, but I am freezing still. Any idea, tips... ?

The condition of the thermostat doesn't matter; even if it won't open the cabin should be heated (the hoses go directly from the water pump to the heater matrix).
Maybe you have some air, instead of water, in your cooling system. Therefore, try bleeding the system: open the bleeding screws on top of the hoses, keep the (opened) expansion tank as high as possible (at least higher than the bleeding screws), and wait till the cooling fluid streams out of the hoses without air bubbles. At that moment, close the screws (with the expansion tank still holding high). Refill the system if necessary. Check the coolant level the next days, maybe there's a leak in it.

Hello again, guys.
I just found out today that my car has got almost the same failure as this one. Today, in the morning, I was on a garage, and the mechanical told me that I had the heater's water tube loose. He even showed me what it was, and hou i should be. Could you guys send me a scheme of the tubes layout? Is any of those tubes connecting to the engine's water "central"? thanks for the attention and sorry for me being dumb... (Oh, by the way, it's a R9n turbo)
