I have a Renault 5 automatic from 1988. It has a
1397cc engine with a dual weber carb (DRT 32).
I have a problem with the carb when i drive with full speed, and then back to motionless. In the motionless situation, the gasvalve of the second part of the carb is not going back to his original position, so the motionless speed of the engine is to high.
Do someone know what to do about this problem.

As far as i know, your problem is that the body of your carburettor was deformed by the heat. This happends on r9-11 & other models from Renault (only with dual weber carbs..) . The only solution is to change the carb in the most cases.
For example, the R11 from my brother has the same problem...
