So sorry, but look at the brighter side, the car's still there.
Mine was smashed and ruined from the inside also a year ago, stolen stereo and tried to steal the speakers, couldn't unscrew them though so he smashed the cones and he smashed the dashboard console into pieces.
But I wasn't so pissed off cause Shit happens! and the car was still there. Fitted an alarm since that time.
Hope they burn in Hell as well!

My first Nine was also broken into, I can imagine how you must have felt when you discovered the destruction...
Did you have any insurance against theft? Not that it covers all the damage (there's usually the own liability share), but it helps a little if the damage if extensive.
I have a fire/theft/elk insurance, but the damage the thieves did almost outvalued my car, so it was a close call the insurance company didn't claim my car! Those f***ing vandals broke e.g. the centre console in the process, and a new console alone would have cost close to my car's total (generally agreed market) value!! Luckily, the company agreed to compensate if I'd find so-called B-parts, i.e. used parts.
Hope you get over it eventually, Artur. Don't let those b****rds get you down!

I feel very sorry for you , Artur. I hope you donīt let this thing getting you down totally...
as well, I hope you find a donor car for all the parts broken - I donīt think it would be worth the afford buying a brand new, say, center console.
Good luck for me, the R9 seems to be that unpopular in Austria, so I let the car unlocked for a week or so, and nothing happened, although I live not in the best parts of the city.
Yours,
Andy

Yes, don't let it get you down, Artur. Man, I hate it when assholes don't just steal things like stereos but also think it's "cool" to smash up the interior of the car.
Best of luck to you, Artur, I hope they catch the bastards.

My Alliance was broken into for the Stereo system several times when I lived in Winnipeg. I had alot of grief from the Government Owned Auto Insurance Company of Manitoba (manitoba Public Insurance Corp)
the last time, they decided that my car was not worth repairing because they broke the tiny rear window in the back door. The value of my car was considered to be under $400. They were going to write it off. I dropped my claim (with the help of my lawyer) and bought the parts to fix the car back up ($40) and 2 hours labour.
All in all, it was a eye opening experience. The only good things. the robbers were not caught, but they also did not manage to remove my Stereo. They did however leave blood all over the dash from their cut up hands, I guess the plastic burst into sharp bits from the center console.
I wish you the best of luck Artur. Renaults are tough, but sometimes even the toughest of cars cannot withstand outright vandalism. I feel for you. I have been there.
Take care.
Keep a stiff upper lip!
And Don't let them get you down, come back fighting like a tiger!

Hello.
Firstly, I feel very sorry for the plundering, let's hope it doesen't happen again!
To help youget over it, i'll tell you what happened to my renault 9 turbo.
On march 8th of the present year, about 23:21h, there I was driving my black renault 9 turbo with other 3 persons inside. While travelling at about 60km/h and going through a green light, a stupid guy crossed a red light with a corsa gt and destroyed my r9.
