Look for an Intake manifold of C1J injection (US model)

I am the owner of one Renault Super 5 GT-Turbo in France. The Super 5 GT-Turbo is equipped with a carburetor Solex 32-dis . I am going to replace the carburetor by an injection multipoint of renault 21 Turbo engine. For that purpose, I need an intake manifold which can receive 4 injectors . Being given that the C1J was produced in injection to cross(spend) the standards anti-pollution in California (on Renault 9 among others), I look for an intake manifold of this type.
