As you know I have got a lot of problems with my cooling system in the past.I collect a lot of experience with it,so I will be happy if can help.
First check my previous articles in this forum.It,s no matter with which engine is your car equiped,the principle of coolant systems is one the same.I hope you dont blow your engine head yet.What exactly is the behaviour of tempersture gauge?First check your system for leaking, water pump,s belt and termostat valve,it may be blocked in close position.Check the radiator fan and it,s temperature sensor,check the sensor on the water pump too.
The coolant system on R,s is closed under pressure.If you overheat the engine enough times you need to disair it too,becouse it collect a lot of air bubbles inside/cause of boiling/.When you open the system and solve the problem you must flush it and disair it.How to do this you can check in article ,,1984 reanault txe sparkplugs problem,,on the page 3 of the forum.

The problem is i change the engine. before I have c1j engine and now I have 1.7 L F2N engine from R21. The gauge of heating (when engine is warm)is allways in second space. And the fan start to get on every few minutes. Is it normal or....? My old engine never get warm so much so that temperature is strange to me.

The only thing that comes in my head is that may be your new engine needs bigger radiator.You are clever man,cause you ask for a radiator,s demensions from the begining,but I dont know that you change the engine with bigger one.As you know the normal statement of temp.gauge arrow is in the middle of scale.When the temperature rise more than a half/by scale/the fan must start to prevent overheating/red zone/.So it is a normal behaviour for a urban driving in a hot summer day.You must dont have troubles out of town.But very regular switching of fan means small radiator/in your case/,or calgon builds inside of it.

Thank you for interesting to help me.You must be very experienced driver if you change the engine with your own hands,thats why I will explain you again about my axle.I can understand your lenguage,but can,t speak and writh.Why?You know about our ancient history here on Bolkans.We have got a common names and words in both countries,that,s why I preffer english.Let,s begin......
My car is R9 1.108ccm.As you know the most of R,s are with torsion suspends in back side.There is a pipe which is connect back wheels,and in this pipe are torsions placed.Infact this pipe is made from two parts joint each other somwere in the midle of the car,just behind the fuel tank.The joint is with the teleskop shape.Smaller pipe goes inside of the wider one.There is some kind of metal ring with rubber seal wich prevent of leakin of special grease.Since I bought this car 10 months ago there is terrible scraching that drives me crazy.I put a oil in this joint between a rubber seal and pipe with long nurse injection and it was O.K.for a few time.Some gyis from forum advice me that ordinary oil is not suitable for this rubber.Rob from Canada have the same problem.He bought a brand new complect with metal-rubber bearings and special grease and change them.He,s car was O.K.and quaet only for 2000 km.He drill a hole in the joint of this two pipes and put a selftapinng grease nipple.Pump about 100 pumps with grease and drive without some scraching till now.He solve complitely the problem.Unfortunately I have never receive a drawing, what is exactly in this pipe.I just can imagen.What must be the exact plase for drilling?TNX.Tisho.
