My friend Echart told me a long time ago about Renault USA models with Digital Dashboards, and how Terribly Expensive they were to replace. Since this was an option on some of USA model Alliance (R-9) type cars up untill 1987, I was wondering if these Digital Dashes are worth fooling with or are they only trouble prone... I have not seen one yet, but may get the opportunity to get a car that has it, so... should I persue it or forget about it for reliability sake ???
