As of this point in time, we will be having a 1 day Regional on the 13th of October. The schedule for the 12th (Friday) is still open. We may be having a local trial or a Seminar (if Butch can make it out). Friday evening, providing we have the seminar in the afternoon, will be Open Field Night for those entering the Regional Trial.
Saturday, we will be offering the CGC (AKC's Canine Good Citizen) test. This certification is used as a tie-breaker in any U.S. K-9 Pro Sports Trial. The evaluators for our CGC are all 'working dog people' with a clear understanding of the temperments of dogs without the fear and uncertainty displayed by other evaluators.
The CGC will be followed by the SE Regional.
There will be food and beverages available at the field.
For safety reasons, ALL DOGS MUST BE CRATED when not with the handler. This goes for those left in the vehicles as well.
I will update this info as soon as we have a firm schedule for Friday, the 12th.
