Prior to breeding you prize working dog to that prize working bitch, make sure that they are healthy and free from hip dysphasia. HD severely cripples a dog and in some cases can be hereditary. As working dog enthusiast, we should work hard to try to reproduce the best of our crop that not only includes superior working ability but healthy dogs with strong bones, muscles and joints.

How many dogs especially large breeds have fallen victim of being diagnosed with Hip dysphasia as a result of incorrect and bad x-ray positioning? When working with large breeds such as corso, presas and sheppards it takes a strong radiologist tech to ensure that your dog is in the proper position.
