it still isn't over. My brother is going back to the dr. today, he is still having chest pains, and now when he walks they tend to get worse. So back to the dr. he goes. He doesn't think its the inflammation, he feels that maybe its really his surgery failing. Oh please pray about this, and please continue to pray about his job. Thanks

I remember my dad having that surgery, and they had to open him up and resew something but it was minor, compared to the bypass. I hope your brother has something much simpler than that even!

Thank you Ladies

he will go in Friday after work to have a heart catherization done and will be there over night. The dr. wants to make sure its not another blockage or perhaps the last surgery has failed, so they will do this test. If everything is ok in that department then they will know that he still has the inflammation. The dr. says that inflammation sometimes takes 6 or 7 weeks to get over, but they want to cover all basis to be on the safe side. My brother says he has the very same symptoms as he did before he had his surgery so this will give a relief to him if it turns out just inflammation. My brother is so worried about his job and that is adding more stress to him. He wants to get everything straightened before they drop the bomb shell on him and tell him he will have to retire.

The flu ...

November 4 2009, 12:06 PM

acutally the H1N1 is currently going through my son's school. There's sanitizer everywhere in his school, even when you walk through the front doors. They also are discouraged from using the water fountain and are encouraged to bring their own bottled water. It's been a mild case of it though, that's why I think the school is still open. There's sanitizer everywhere even at the one grocery store I went to yesterday and also at the bank too.

I hope your brother doesn't get sick on top of this Tea! It seems like a long time to wait until the 13th.

Wow

November 4 2009, 12:52 PM

The h1n1 is going around here too but its not serious, mostly the parents are keeping the children out of school for a whole week. We had 4 children in our church that was tested and they had it but it was mild. There are a couple of different kinds of flu here, some are mild and some not as mild but not really really bad either. Our pastor has asked people to please stay home so not to spread the flu at church. We have had a couple of people out with the regular flu but nothing major so far. The weather doesn't help either, as last week it was cold and rained all week, this week its nice, sunny, blue sky, and the temps are marvelous, next week they are forcasting cold and rainy, you just don't know how to dress anymore.

Yes the 13th does seem a long time, but my brother said if he feels like he is worsening he will go to the emergency room. Continue to pray please and also pray for his job, he is totally stressed out, they haven't said a word as of this typing. Thank you so much for praying.

Of course Tea...

November 6 2009, 7:11 PM

when my step father had his heart issues I remember it took a little while to really feel the benefits. He kept having fluid around his heart which they had to drain. It was a difficult time. I know how worried you must be because it about worried me sick!

I do hope he starts to feel better soon.

Praying for you and your family.
