Yeah...I know..."amplebosom.com!" But from my experience with trying on bras and reading all sorts of measuring guides, I think this one is pretty good. I know that many of these guides give me totally off measurements of bras that I could never squeeze into.
Another good one that makes more sense is this one. Plus this site is reputed as having a more accurate measuring guide. Some of you girls may have used it, but I just though I would add it as well...

I just don't believe in the adding five inches thing. A lot of times it makes me a 36, and a 36 is always baggy in the band. Hope these are helpful for you too.
