Natural breast growth is a science project, that's my impression anyway. I've read so much in these forums, so I think I'm getting to grips with it. I've seen chasterberry mentioned a lot and a couple of times it was said it was good for acne. I thought I'd give this a try, because I get some adult acne from time to time, and I have to say it seems to be working. But I noticed I seem to have incraesed libido too. Maybe this is a coincidence, but I don't see why it would do this anyway because since it's called chasteberry itshould reduce libido, right? Or does it only work like that in genetic females? I said this was a science project.

Historicly it was believed, Chasteberry was used by the Monks to help control their mannly urges.That's where the name "Monks Pepper" came from. Chasteberry is also called Vitex. It is believed that it reduces the libido in males as opposed to biological females. Vitex (chasteberry,Monks pepper)is considered to be a womens herb.
