That would be totally insane !!!! What the heck are they going to do? Ban oranges, bananas, apples and other fruits that are full of vitamins. Are the cops going to bust you because you don't have a prescription for that banana your eating at lunch? Are they going to make you get a prescription because you like oregano in your spagetti sauce?
Come on !!!! Those A** Holes (law makers)really have to much time on their hands and they're just trying to justify their over inflated salarys and kick backs from those over sized, greedy corporations that are affraid they're not making enough money!!!
That's what it's all about "MONEY".
I think they need to ban themselves from thinking!! There is no herb for stupid, Maybe thats why they want to ban them....
Anyway thats just my oppinion!

This is nothing more than the rich elite ruling class looking out for the interests of the multi-national corporations.
It's those corporations that lobby for these laws and pad the pockets of the law makers to make sure they get passed.
One hand washes the other. The little people are of no consequence. We are expendable.

Best bet, stock up on seeds so you can plant your own gardens.
It certainly wouldn't hurt to have some seeds put back, they can't be very expensive.

Red clover,Stinging Nettle,Dandelion and many other herbs grow wild, how in the heck are they going to control that? Are they going to charge you with breaking the law because you have a few dandelions growing on your front lawn? This whole thing is sooo ridiculus that it's a stupid, insane idea. You would think that they would have more sense than that.
Herbalism has a history as far back as man him/herself. It seems to me that the so called "law makers"are becoming more of a threat to our choices, freedoms and rights than any foe I can think of and they're doing it right under our noses!
"Working for the people" They have no idea what that means anymore!!!

Speaking of herbs.
I was surfing around some of the links I found on the breast cancer article I posted about earlier and I found this info about some herbs that give pain relief to chronic pain sufferers. This is excellent news for me because I suffer from extreme pain 24/7 thanks to a terrible injury some years ago. On top of that I also suffer from arthritis and scoliosis (odd, scoliosis is a torment usually reserved for women, very few men get it.) They had prescribed Vioxx for me but it was pulled from the market just one week later, I then went on Bextra which was the same thing, it was pulled from the market about 2 months later. So I've been screwed ever since as nothing works and I don't want to take narcotics. I don't like drugs, alcohol or tobacco and prescription drugs are usually bad for you if you take them for a long time. I have a lifetime injury that will cause me pain for the rest of my life. I don't want to be a drooling doped up dipstick.

Oh, I forgot to save the original URL, sorry.. :(

3 Herbal Fixes for Back Pain
Devil’s claw sounds like an ingredient in witches’ brew, not a 21st-century back-pain reliever. But that’s exactly what it is, according to a review of studies on herbal remedies. It found that devil’s claw and white willow bark reduce lower-back pain as well as Vioxx, the prescription drug recalled due to health risks. And cayenne (the spice that adds heat to Cajun cuisine) was found to work better than a placebo pill.

James Dillard, MD, author of The Chronic Pain Solution and medical director of the Richard and Hinda Rosenthal Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center recommends all three, particularly for people who don’t get relief from aspirin or ibuprofen. Check out this guide—and talk to your doctor—before you try them for yourself.

Remedy: Devil’s Claw
How it works: Named for the miniature hooks that cover its fruit, this herb has anti-inflammatory compounds.
Caveat: It’s considered safe, but, like aspirin, it should not be used by people taking blood thinners or those with gastrointestinal problems.
How much: 1 to 3 capsules a day; the study found 1 capsule to be effective.

Remedy: White Willow Bark
How it works: Noted as a healing herb by Hippocrates in ancient Greece, it has salicin, an aspirin-like compound often used as a food preservative because it kills germs.
Caveat: You may get stomach discomfort and diarrhea if you use it daily.
How much: 1 capsule a day.

Remedy: Cayenne (capsaicin cream)
How it works: The active ingredient in chili peppers, it dulls sensation in the area where you use it regularly, which relieves pain.
Caveat: When you first apply the cream, you may feel an itch or a burning sensation. Some brands may smell peppery or minty, too.
How much: Put a light covering of cream on the area 3 to 4 times a day for 2 to 4 weeks.

Tyranny is almost upon us.

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=55370

This is lunacy..

It's nothing less than the right wing protecting the profits of the corporations.

God I hate these parasites. Profit first, people last, crush the little people.
