I thought the other discussion thread was getting a bit long so I started this new one. I really like it here. :-) I'm glad I decided to hang out in this little corner, 'cause you guys and gals are great people to hang out with.

I noticed there is a brand new cocoa butter thread on the main forum LOL! I am not getting involved this time ha ha! I'd better be off to work now, see you later!

Re: Off topic discussions and general chit-chat version 2

May 23 2007, 9:04 AM

Well we're glad you're here too! You bring sunshine to my gloomy days.
Thank you for being here for us!

Right. Now my day.
I'm really having it rough the past day or so. I keep welling up to the edge of tears a few times per hour.
I've gone in and out of depression like waves at the beach. I keep fighting off crying attacks.
This really sucks. It makes me feel weak. I've cried more in the past two months than in the 15 years before that.
Actually, during that past 15 years, I haven't cried at all because I buried my emotions and feelings.
Now it's all coming to the surface. I don't know if it's because I'm finally coming to terms with this stuff and coming clean on everything or it's the hormones or both. Maybe both I'm thinking.

What I feel an urge to do is turn the air conditioner on really cold, curl up under the covers, hug a pillow and cry myself to sleep.
Maybe that will sort of reboot my system and get some of those old cobwebs and dust out.

Eh, I don't know what to do now. I don't want to cry but then again, I do. It's making me nuts. I don't really have any good reason to cry, it's stupid. Arrrrgh! WTF??

Anyway.. I found another forum that's pretty darn close to my part of the world and signed up.
It's a gated community and closed to the public so I feel safer there. I even started a blog, my very first one ever.
I don't want to post the link to it in here quite yet, perhaps later. I'm still nervous about all this.

So anyway, I'm not sure yet how to do all the bloggy things but I'll get the hang up it.
They are supposed to be fixing me up with a free "domain" of sorts which is just really a tack on to their domain but I *think* it will allow me to share the contents with the general public if I so choose.

One day I'll get there. Where that is, I don't know yet but one day I'll get there.
Duh. I'm a dipstick tonight. I'm so tired, I'm going to bed, see you good folks tomorrow!
Nitey nite!

Yes,The hormonal changes can really do a number on our emotions. I'm suffering from the same sort of emotions, not crying but I get more teary eyed. The other day I watched a movie called:The Lake House starring Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock. Boy I really had to try to hold back my emotions watching that one. It's a drama/romance.'Forced to move from her lakehouse,A doctor leaves letters in the mailbox at the lake house, only to receive a response from two years in the past. The relationship developes because of these letters'. You will have to watch it to find out the rest. It's quite a story with a very interesting ending.Keep a box of Kleenex with you.

It's true that one can suffer PMS symptoms when the female hormones are starting to take over the body. I think they call it a hormonal high and that could be the cause of what we're experiancing!
Remember those egotistical male hormones don't like being kicked in the butt by the female ones. HE HE :)

Fennel! Yes, we love having you here too. You seem to add something special to this place.

YAY!!!!!! YIPPEEEE!!!!!!

May 23 2007, 3:32 PM

I've gained an inch in just two weeks!

The last time I measured was the 9:th of may and I was 37 inches across the fullest part. Then I had been on mostly fenugreek and kelp for eeight days and before that I had a month's break taking no herbs at all. I stopped herbs again on the 15:th of may, stayed clean for two days and then started on generic Bovine Ovary of the DNE brand. The two first days I took one capsule in the morning and one at night, then ramped up to one in the morning and two at night.

I hadn't measured since the 9:th of may so guess if I was surprised today when I measured 38 inches (it's the 23:d today). I measured 4 times to be sure it was correct. I put the figures in a bra size calculator and I was a 80C or in UK size: 36C! YAY! I don't think I look "C" though lol. I have a large upper body with wide sholders and a big ribcage so everything looks small on me anyways.

I have worked a lot with the psychological part of NBE too during the last months. Hypnosis and law of attraction stuff. It seems to work well for me. Even during that month off herbs, I still grew.

I'm aiming for a D-cup. It would look proportional to my curvy body shape.

Before NBE I was 35.8 inches across the fullest part and now I am 38!

Fennel, that's awesome! We envy you you know. Really, we do.. :)
I would say that I wish I could trade places with you but then again, I wouldn't want to cheat a friend like that, you would be getting the bad end of the deal... ;-)

Oh, BJ, if you want a movie that will make you cry, go get a copy of "Switch" at your local video store.
I guarantee you you won't make it through to the end without at the very least getting a big lump in your throat and all misty eyed.
Last time I watched it I cried all night and cried myself to sleep. Big, wailing, sobbing boohoo crocodile tears. The last 5 minutes will get ya, that's the hardest part of it.. Ah crap, I shouldn't have brought that up now.. Now I'm getting that way again just thinking about it..

About films...

May 23 2007, 6:59 PM

I can't stand sentimental emotional drama films or romantic ****. I like action, mystery and murder. Or weird psychological thrillers. Sometimes horror if it is funny, like from dusk til dawn or dawn of the dead. Really bad horror films often have a high comical value.

Does anyone here like David Cronenberg's films? I like him a lot.

David Cronenberg

May 23 2007, 8:39 PM

Yes I like him too. Two of my favorites are
"The Fly" and "Crash" I really like "Crash" starring James Spader and Holly Hunter(yummy)That movie is Sick and sexy, I love it. When ever it comes on I try to watch it.
There are quite a few films that I like from Cronenberg.

I also like most of the Dracula Films older and newer versions.

My first sniffmovie...

May 23 2007, 9:33 PM

The first film that made me cry was Frankensteins Monster with Boris Karloff. I was seven years old and cried floods in the end of the film where the villagers chase Frankensteins monster up in a windmill and set fire to it. I didn't want him to die! I thought he was kind of cute and I felt sorry for him.

That's how I felt about the old Nosferatu Film.
He did what he did because he needed to,to survive, not to be deliberately evil. There were some scenes with this pathetic look on his face, you could actually feel sorry for him.
Monsters got to eat too.Good movies!

Wow! I would have never guessed.

Say, if you want to see a really odd movie, I mean ODD, check out "Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!"
(Guys that like giant hooters will be in heaven with this film!)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faster,_Pussycat!_Kill!_Kill!

http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0059170/

and you can find it here, http://tinyurl.com/yw2qzj

Anything produced by Russ Meyer is odd and bizzare..
There's another one he did that I was fascinated by, "Mudhoney".. It's just so strange that you can't describe it.
I was going to change channels but decided to watch a few minutes and I couldn't change the channel.

Here's a list of movies by Russ Meyer..

"Got the sniffles, eh?

It's because you are becoming a girl. Remember that you are in puberty now!"

Actually, I've always been a girl. It's just that all my life, physically and socially I've had this horrible disability, a male body.. Sigh....

That sex ID test on the BBC site? Check out my results.
Since I can't post pictures here, here's a link to the nice little graph is made showing how female I am in the mind, then following the link is the text of the test results.

link to graph - (this graph was included with the text below)

http://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w279/Mortica_Addams/bbcscore.jpg

And here's the text results from that same test.

*************************************************

bbc.co.uk
You are here: BBC > Science & Nature > Human Body & Mind > Brain sex

SEX I.D. - Your sex i.d. profile

Your overall performance
The scale below is an indication of where you fall in the male-female brain continuum. The results are based on the angles, spot the difference, 3D shapes and words tasks.

Bear in mind that your performance may be affected by many factors in addition to gender, like age and intelligence.

Your personal brain score:
Average score for MEN who've taken this survey:
Average score for WOMEN who've taken this survey:

If you are using a public PC we strongly advise you to print out and delete your results if you do not want anyone to see them. Your score for each task

Angles

This task tested your ability to identify the angle of a line by matching it with its twin. This is a spatial task, which looks at how you picture space.
Your score: 11 out of 20
Average score for men: 15.1 out of 20
Average score for women: 13.3 out of 20

What does your result suggest?

If you scored 0 - 12: You have more of a female brain. Scientists believe that people with a female brain find it more difficult to judge the slope of a line because they're not wired for spatial tasks. In past studies, 65 per cent of people who scored in this range were women.

If you scored 13 - 17: You found this test neither hard nor easy. This suggests your brain has male and female traits when it comes to spatial ability.

If you scored 18 - 20: You have more of a male brain. On average, men outperform women in this task and those with more mathematical knowledge tend to score quite high as well. In past studies, 60 per cent of the people in this range were men.

Interestingly, men's testosterone levels fluctuate through the seasons and studies have shown that men's scores are lower in the spring, when their testosterone levels are at their lowest.

Spot the difference

This task tested your ability to identify which objects changed position. You lost points, if you incorrectly identified objects.
Your score: 21%
Average score for men: 39%
Average score for women: 46%

What does your score suggest?

If you scored between 0 - 33%: You may have more of a male brain. Scientists say men tend to under perform in this task. The corpus callosum, the part of the brain that links the right and left hemispheres, is a fifth larger in women. This means women can process visual and other signals at the same time more easily than men. There is also a theory that oestrogen levels in women give them an added advantage in spatial memory.

If you scored between 34 - 66%: You may have a balanced female-male brain.

If you scored between 67 - 100%: Those with a female-type brain generally score in this range. Your ability to remember where objects are may serve as an advantage to you when you're trying to find your way around places. You're more capable of recalling landmarks to get from one place to another.

Hands

You said your left thumb was on top when you clasped your hands together.

Right thumb on top: This suggests the left half of your brain is dominant. Many studies have tried to establish whether there is a relationship between handedness and brain dominance. Some scientists believe that if you are left brain dominant, you would be more verbal and analytical.

Left thumb on top: This suggests the right half of your brain is dominant. Some studies theorise that as a right brain dominant person, you may excel in visual, spatial and intuitive processes.

However, these theories are debatable and leave much to be said about the small percentage of people who are ambidextrous.

Emotions and Systems

This task looked at whether you prefer to empathise or systemise.
Empathising

Your empathy score is: 6 out of 20
Average score for men: 7.9 out of 20
Average score for women: 10.6 out of 20

What does your result suggest?

Empathisers are better at accurately judging other people's emotions and responding appropriately. If you scored 15 and above, you are very empathic and would be an ideal person to comfort people in a time of crisis. Women in general are better at empathising.

Systemising

Your systemising score is: 14 out of 20
Average score for men: 12.5 out of 20
Average score for women: 8.0 out of 20

What does your result suggest?

Systemisers prefer to investigate how systems work. A system can be a road map, flat pack furniture, or a mathematical equation – anything that follows a set of rules. A score of 15 and above suggests you're good at analysing or building systems. Men in general are better at systemising.

Eyes

This task tested your ability to judge people's emotions.
Your score: 9 out of 10
Average score for men: 6.6 out of 10
Average score for women: 6.6 out of 10

What does your result suggest?

If you scored 0 - 3: Do you think you're good at judging how another person is feeling? Your score suggests this doesn't come to you quite so naturally.

If you scored 4 - 6: Your result suggests you have a balanced female-male brain and find it neither easy nor difficult to judge people's emotions.

If you scored 7 - 10: Your result suggests you are a good empathiser, sensitive to other people's emotions. Women generally fall into this category.

Professor Baron-Cohen at the University of Cambridge says that people usually perform better than they expect to on this test.

Men often think a person's eyes are sending signals of desire when that's not the case at all.

Fingers

We asked you to measure your ring and index fingers. Your ratios came to:
Right Hand: 0.96
Left Hand: 0.96

Average ratio for men: 0.982
Average ratio for women: 0.991

It's thought that your ratio is governed by the amount of testosterone you were exposed to in your mother's womb. The ratio of the length of your index finger to the length of your ring finger is set for life by as early as three months after conception. Even during puberty, when we experience intensive hormonal changes, the ratio stays the same.

Men generally have a ring finger that is longer than their index finger, which gives them a lower ratio than women, whose ring and index fingers are usually of equal length.

Studies have found that men and women with lots of brothers generally have more masculine finger ratios.

Faces

This task looked at how you rate the attractiveness of a series of faces. The images you looked at were digitally altered to create slight differences in masculinity.

Your choices suggest you prefer more feminine faces.

Highly masculinised male faces possess more extreme testosterone markers such as a long, broad and lower jaw, as well as more pronounced brow ridges and cheekbones.

Interestingly, women's preferences are said to vary across the menstrual phase. A more masculine face is preferred during the 9 days prior to ovulation, when conception is most likely.

A typical 'attractive' female face possesses features such as a shorter, narrower, lower jaw, fuller lips and larger eyes than an average face.

3D shapes

This task tested your ability to mentally rotate 3D shapes.

Your score: 7 out of 12
Average score for men: 8.2 out of 12
Average score for women: 7.1 out of 12

What does your result suggest?

If you scored 0 - 6: Do you find yourself having to physically rotate a map to point in the direction in which you're travelling? This might explain why you scored in the lower range in the 3D shapes test. Twice as many women as men score in this category. Previous studies suggest that those with a female-type brain or with an arts background fall into this range.

If you scored 7 - 9: In past studies, 50 per cent of the people who scored in this range were women and 50 per cent were men.

If you scored 10 - 12: Are you an engineer or do you have a science background? People with these skills tend to score in this range. Past studies have concluded that people in this range have a more male brain.

Nearly a third of men who took this test got full marks, whereas less than 10 per cent of women managed the same.

Words

This task looked at your verbal fluency.

Your score: you associated 7 word(s) with grey and you named 9 word(s) that mean happy. We are assuming that all the words you entered are correct.
Average score for men: 11.4 words total
Average score for women: 12.4 words total

What does your result suggest?

If you produced 1 - 5 words: You are more of the strong, silent type with a male brain. You probably find it easier to express yourself in non-verbal ways, preferring action rather than words.

If you produced 6 - 10 words: Most people in this range have a female-type brain.

Women are said to use both sides of the brain when doing verbal tasks while men mainly use their left side. Studies have shown that girls develop vocabulary faster than boys. This difference in brain power is caused by levels of pre-natal testosterone.

Ultimatum

This task asked you how you would divide money.

If you had to split £50 with someone, you said you would demand £25

So far on the Sex ID test, men have demanded 51.6% (£25.80) of the pot and women have demanded 51.0% (£25.50), on average.

What does your response suggest?

Sex differences are small in this task. Demanding less than 60% of the pot (ie £30) is more typically female. Demanding more than 65% of the pot (ie £32.50) is more typically male.

Scientists believe that people with lower testosterone levels tend to take fewer risks so they are probably more willing to keep less for themselves. Those with higher testosterone levels tend to drive a harder bargain and are less compromising.

Men's testosterone levels fluctuate over the seasons and are at their lowest levels during the springtime. This is said to influence their bargaining power. Find out more about the role of testosterone.

*************************************************

And then there's the test that doctors recognize as a good indicator of one's true INNER gender.

Here's a screen shot of THAT test result.

http://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w279/Mortica_Addams/omfgx1432.jpg

So, as you see, and as I always knew from when I was little, I'm female inside.
But my body is disfigured and polluted with male hormones and male plumbing.
I'll never be able to fully repair that damage but I can try to get as close to it as possible.

What truly sucks is that no one will ever accept me as a real woman, no matter how good I may end up looking. I'll always be the freak that they whisper and gossip about behind my back and maybe even to my face. That's why I want to transition alone and go live alone away from people so I don't have to put up with the BS. I just want to be me and to live quietly and to myself. It's a very depressing prospect but I really have no choice in the matter. I must do what I must do. I've found a TS group within driving distance and have already learned where to get TS friendly laser hair removal treatments. I look forward to getting that finished and behind me. I have many things to do to repair the damage those nasty male hormones have done to this body. It scares me but it also comforts me to be moving forward. Now I need to let go of my old ways and learn to be the real me. Whoever that may be.

Awww Moonstruck, Living a life alone away from people isn't the answer either. You already made a move in the right direction by looking into that TS group not far from you. I believe that they are good people and they would help you through support. It would be nice for you to be with people that know what you are feeling and going through. You might even meet someone special there! You'll never know unless you try.
Besides all that we are here (your friends)we support you.
Living in seclusion would be to lonely and eventually start playing mind games with you.

Take care!

A womans diary notes and her husbands diary notes - from the same day:

June 24 2007, 7:49 PM

WOMAN'S DIARY:
Sunday 25th March 2007

Saw him in the evening and he was acting really strangely. I'd been shopping in the afternoon with the girls and was a bit late meeting him -thought it might be that. The bar was really crowded and loud, so I suggested we go somewhere quieter to talk. He was still very subdued and distracted so I suggested we went somewhere nice to eat.

All through dinner he just didn't seem himself - he hardly laughed and didn't seem to be paying any attention to me or to what I was saying. I just knew that something was wrong.

He dropped me back home and I wondered if he was going to come in. He hesitated but followed. I asked him what was wrong, but he just half shook his head and turned the television on. After about ten minutes of silence I said that I was going upstairs to bed.

I put my arms around him and told him that I loved him deeply. He just gave a sigh and a sad sort of smile. He didn't follow me up immediately but came up later and, to my surprise, we made love - but he still seemed distant and a bit cold. I cried myself to sleep -I think he's planning to leave me - maybe he's found someone else.

MAN'S DIARY:
Sunday 25th March 2007

Liverpool lost. Gutted. Got a shag though.

Stupidity should be banned LOL! :-)
The problem with stupid is that it can't be fixed,
stupid is forever, just like diamonds. Only, diamonds
are more desireable...

Forgot to mention something...

Should we mention to the girls "over there" that DDT has been proven to have an estrogenic effect?

You can tell those girls anything and they'll believe you.

Tell them that sniffing white-out or licking propane will make their tits bigger and they'll do just that.
Or tell them that cocoa butter rubbed onto their tits will make them swell a whole cup size.
The one I really liked was when some random person (who I guarantee was a troll) told them how VITEX gave her her boobs back.. That single post was a contratiction. No one caught that obviously and the sheep followed. And what happened? a lot of them SHRANK!!

geez.

Yes it is sad that women seldom use critical thinking unless it is about someones appearance LOL. I seldom see anyone here ask for scientific evidence of something, which is a tad bit alarming. Ah... the cocoa butter incident - You just gave me some nasty flashbacks there! *Laughs* I did try my best to present proven scientific facts in that case, but to no avail. It's a bit like trying to reason with Jehovah's Witnesses... I don't care anymore though. I just leave them to it. When I come across interesting info, I don't post it over there.

You can post it over here honey, some of us DO appreciate you.
BTW, I've noticed lately there's been a lot of GG's dropping in.
Why the sudden interest I wonder?
Tranny chasers? Or maybe they figure if you can grow boobs on a male body then what ever we are doing might work waaaay better for them?

LOL!!

Who knows.. But I like having the GG chix join us. There is nothing better than being in the company of lovely ladies!

Yay!

Hey Ginger, sorry for not replying earlier - don't tend to read this thread as a rule.

Yes, the floods were really bad near me. Had to drive through water a foot deep to get to work that morning and my workplace was only a couple of inches away from being flooded.

Dead exciting though!

I just had a look at the religion thread...

July 2 2007, 6:43 PM

Looks like there are a few muslims and a few christians on there. Someone wondered if NBE is forbidden in Islam LOL. The thing is - In a religion where god is considered faultless and unable to make mistakes, is it then ok to "correct" his mistakes with surgery or breast enlargement pills? It doesn't make sense to me. Thank god there is a satanist there too, to balance things out a bit.

This is yet another thread where lack of punctuation

Yeah

September 12 2007, 7:38 PM

At last a Led Zeppelin reunion (without John Bonham of course). It is rumoured that Jason Bonham will play the drums. My boyfriend has registered us for tickets but we are not sure if we can get any since most of the seats will be reserved for people within the music industry, media people and rich businessmen. I'll go over for this though if we can get tickets. The Led Zep communities on the internet have been discussing this gig for months and it wasn't confirmed until yesterday. Wish me luck!
