Just wanted to say that I think that this forum is great. I wish that I knew about it sooner. I am getting ready to begin my program with my wife's consent. She is an herbalist, and is helping me begin my program. I can't start until March, because I am doing a liver cleanse first. Any advice would be nice.

That's handy, having a herbalist at hand like that. Perhaps it's you who should be giving us advice!!

Actually not that long. It is ten days on, ten days off, and ten days on again. I have been traveling quite a bit over the past years. The cleanse id for both the liver and possible parasites.
