Good stuff on this board, but I have two question for everyone.
1) How do you reduce your estrogen levels back to normal once you are at the size you desire? Does simply stopping the herbs bring everything back in line? About how long after stopping does it take? 6 mos?
2) Does Saw Palmetto levels gradually come back too?

I don't understand question 2. Are you sure that's what you meant to ask?

Yes, I know its a strange thing to ask on this forum. But I finished my growth and want to return back to pre-NBE period. Just wondering what the best way to accomplish that would be. I don't want to transition to female. But yet I know the hormones levels should go back to normal so I can go back to being myself again.
