All this info here is very good but methods are complex and time consuming. What's wrong with the old standard of breast implants?

I suppose that breast implants are always an option, but to start with it's nowhwere nears as feasible in a male body because there is such a lack of breast tissue to begin with. You really need something in the first place to have the implants inserted into, otherwise the implant operation can end up looking very unnatural. If it's a really obvious looking boob job I personally think it kind of defeats the purpose.

Do what I do. Stick a needle in your ass once a week.

There are no significant physiological differences between male and female breast tissue, for the purpose of augmentation, other than the initial volume. The surgical procedure is identical in either case.
