Today at work I had a pleasant suprise. At lunch time there was cream of fennel soup on the menu. It was delicious with the added bonus that I spent all afternoon thinking about the potential NBE benefits. I guess the that the ladies cooking in the kitchen hadn't anticipated this - or perhaps they had?
Now, if I am really lucky they will introduce Fenugreek, red clover and liquorice into the cooking on a regular basis as well :-). That would be really good - but alas I fear this will only be wishful thinking :-(.
