I have been on my program for 5 days, already my breasts are starting to swell and my nipples are getting more sensitive. I have developed a little gland on my areola, I believe it is called a Montgomery gland. Does anyone know if these will continue to develop? My areola have FILLED with white rings that are much more tender than the areola itself. I just find it strange than only one gland has shown up on the areola. If anyone can help with this I would be grateful.

A little bump on the skin surface can be a lot of other things too, not necessarily a Montgomery gland. It might be or it might not be. They are not essential in any way. I don't think I noticed any until I had kids and breastfed. I can't recall ever noticing any Montgomery glands in my youth at all.
