I've got one...

Hey all, I've enjoyed this forum. It's helping to spark a revived interest in improvoing my long RLT(real life Test) for those who don't know. Anyways, I've been reading all post from beginning to end. From what I've gathered so far; during a break, taking milk thistle will cleanse your liver. What will happen if you take milk thisle during your PE loading period? Will that keep you clean but still benefit you or will it hamper your efforts? I'm guessing the answer I think is correct, but I would like to know others expert opinions or not so expert opionion. Thanks.

When you do a "detox" it is important to keep your food and drink intake as clean and simple as possible so that you don't toxify your body at the same time as you try to clean it. In my opinion, to get a good cleansing effect you should stay away from all kinds of drugs, meds and things that fiddle with your system. No coffee, no alcohol, no red meat, sugar, white flour or carbonated drinks will also help to totally clean the system but not essential. The cleaner your liver and your digestive system becomes during your breaks, the better it will absorb the estrogenic herbs or other NBE products that you will take after the cleansing break.
