Well, I've stopped herbals and started BO. I still take saw palmetto and milk thistle. I've been at this for just about a month now, total. I haven't noticed an increase in size by measurement, but I have noticed a few changes. From my view and by looking in the mirror, I am more rounded. I've also just started (within the last few days) noticing that when wearing a tighter shirt I can feel them pushing against the shirt. Also, when I touch or massage them, they feel more like soft fatty/spongy than they did before I started. My nipples haven't gotten any bigger (darn it!), but I ordered a Noogleberry nipple and breast kit. It should be here in early September. I hope that helps with my nipples. They ARE more sensative. Also, often in the morning when they are warm my nipples and a little bit outside the areolas falls into a conical shape. I still massage every evening, just with a vitamin E infused vegetable oil.
I do have a question. After we grow, if we stop taking herbs/BO/estrogen, what happens to our growth? Does it go away, or what?
Just as gynaecomastia on men never goes away unless they operate it away, I believe that any breast tissue growth achieved with herbs or estrogen in a male or transsexual woman is a permanent change. Of course, fat deposits may decrease if you lose a lot of weight, but the tissue growth will remain.
I am certain that the Ovary product does more than herbals when it comes to the over all feminizing effects of the whole body. After all, it is estrogen - not phyto's...
I'm pretty sure mine are not going away if I stop BO. I can feel internal structures that have grown (i've heard it described as feeling like small bunches of grapes). They are real.

Yes it's always looked to me that gynaecomastia is not easy to resolve and usually ends up with surgery.

Estrogen causes some swelling along with the permanent tissue growth, so your breasts may lose some volume as they do in women after menopause.
