| Hi! I'm new here but i already have a basic understanding of NBE. I was just wondering if there are any effective massage techniques for NBE. Theres got to be more to it than just rubbing, right? Also, I heard of an "ancient chinese massage" called Chi massage rotations. Any info on this, too? Thanks! |

There's a forum here on methods of massage. In addition if you go to the main menu you'll find a section on massage techniques with diagrams, so you should find everything you need to know on this subject. |

Yes I think a lot of people here (women anyway) have done the Chi rotations massage. |
