Just wondering if any of the men here have had success using PM? Sites claim that it will work for men. Can anyone here back up that claim? I know there is a forum on this topic, but I have not seen any males post there. Any info?

Herbs work for men and pueraria mirifica is a herb, so yes I'm sure it works, why wouldn't it? Whether it's the bewst herb for male bodies is another question, to which I don't know the answer.

I want to share my experience with pueraria mirifica. I have used pills for the last 4.5 months now. I have always had enlarged breasts, but the PM has made the buds appear and I can feel the tissue growing inside. My skin is silky soft and while I have always had a "girl butt" my hips, thighs and rear have a definite feminine curve to them. Looking in the full length mirror at my naked body using a small hand mirror, I can redily see my hourglass shape and curvyness. My body hair has diminished considerably and I'm so much more emotional than iI used to be. I have no intention to progress to SRS and I don't cross dress. I just enjoy being a feminized male. I intend to keep taking the PM indefinately as I love what it's done to my body.

Well, after some time to read over the board and get some insight from other members I decided to try the PM by Ainterol. I'm on day two, but I will keep people posted on any progress. It came with a sample of the breast spray but it's tiny. I'll use that too until it's gone. Let's see what happens.

This stuff is very strong! I went from totally flat to a full A cup in 3 months only taking this herb. My but and hips also enlarged and my waist is smaller and higher. Much much Smoother skin also. I no longer look fully male but rather androgynous. All this after only 3 months and people say herbs don't work? I took 4 pills a day for first month and got testicle pain on right testicle. I continued with four a day and 2 days later left testicle pain. Then the beast growth started! Sounds great, I've read some things about it, and it seems good, but what about the other stuff alot of us are taking at this moment, i.e. red clover, hops, licorice, and so on. I'm wondering who that would stack up with those herbals as far as potency. Hmmm....

Not sure since I don't know this product. My stuff is working pretty well though. Red clover, fenugreek, hops.

Sorry for the double entry. My pills havent gotten here yet but im still reading about PM. Hope I get better results. Still dont know if I should take alone or with a mix of other Herbs as Ive read this is a strong Herb by itself. Any input? Tks Im on BO and others for now.

I still want to function as a male, will PM stop that? How long before I'd notice arousal problems? I'm sure my questions have been covered before, but I want to know from people who had changes happen.

Wow,PM is strong,I finally got mine and on the second day had aches in the breast and I can feel the herbs in my body like a rush type thing. Hard to describe. Its been awhile since I had these kind of aches in my breast. This must be working. Just to let anyone know,the info sheet says only take 1000mg a day , 2 pills. I read where someone was taking 4 and then cut back to 2 a day. Im starting with 2 and feel results. The info also says should have good results in 3 to 6 months, permanent Enlargement....Ainterol 500pure PM...100x500mg...Hope this helps anybody who is wondering.

This stuff is amazing. After 5 weeks on fenugreek I had nothing to show except enlarged nipples and an upset gut. In 2 and a half weeks on PM I have increased a full 2 inches and have much more fullness, with a noticeably female outline to my chest. Im still feeling fine and the skin is silky smooth,the papers said you can take with other herbs,and no side effects. I may increase to 3 a day. Chrissy, I'm the same age as you, and after many years being "out" I decided it's finally time to grow my breasts. I'm so glad you posted, thank you.

From my experience, PM is the best herb for natural breast enlargement (NBE) whether you are a man or a woman. It might even work better for men than women because we have our menstrual cycle to deal with and the monthly fluctuation of our hormones. Of course, all of us are a bit different biochemically due to genetics and environmental factors regardless of whether we are men or women so you never know what combination of herbs might work best. I believe the healthier you are the better your body will respond to PM or any other herbs you are taking.
From my research I think Saw Palmetto along with the PM would be good to try because the SP is an anti-androgen and it works by preventing testosterone from converting to a more powerful form of testosterone called dihydrotestosterone (DHT) - which inhibits estrogen, the hormone most responsible for male (and female) breast enlargement. I think daily massage is also important because it stimulates blood flow to your breasts which will help the tissue grow.

Remember not all PM is created equal! There are many different species and growing conditions. Find one that works for you and give it a try. I use and sell an extract that worked great for me (Bella's Fairy Dust or Cleavage Caps). I went from a small B to a full C over a period of about 8 months. It also helped my skin, hair, & nails. Oh, and I sleep better too! I can't say enough great things about PM. I was consistent during that time with eating a good diet, getting enough rest (to stimulate growth hormone) and daily massages with Bella's Perfect Potion.

I would definitely recommend PM to any male trying to grow their breasts.

Oh, and as far as functioning as a male, I would love to get more feedback on this from those of you who are trying PM. I also plan to do some research on Butea Superba. It's considered the "male" equivalent to PM and is supposed to be great for sexual issues. I don't know enough about it yet so I'm not sure if it would counterbalance the effects of PM. Best case, (maybe at a low dose) the Butea would allow the PM to work but also prevent erectile dysfunction. I'll continue to look into this...

I dont get to massage as much as I want, but during the day I do rub alittle,or squeeze.Skin still soft,function still seems to be ok ,not really thinking about that but dont want to loose it either. I am mixing with a couple pther Herbs and my BO. I really dont know if the BO is working but the shape is better,but Im also trying to loose some weight with it. No im not big or fat. I'm new to this site, and I'm enjoying it so much. I'm a very healthy size 8, 61yo tv/tg (don't you just hate the "label wars", lol) and diet/eating habits are very healthy. No high cholesterol, and so forth. I've been out and dating for many years, but finally at the point where I can grow the breasts I've desired for so long. This discussion about PM is fascinating. I've wanted to avoid ingesting too many pills (I do take Saw P, and a few vitamins) so I decided to begin with the Perfect Woman cream. It contains all the herbs recommended here and elsewhere. Has anyone else tried this product? However, all of your entries about PM seem to suggest only wonderful effects (skin tone, body shape, etc)and I'm not hearing about negative effects. Kindly pardon this rather long ramble. I just want to say that I'm considering the combo of PM, cream, and massage. Any thoughts? I purchased this hoping that it would be better then Fenugreek as that causes a smell.. But every time I take PM Phytogen it makes me feel weird like dizzy and kind of sick and not sure if it was the PM or the folic acid, biotin or B12 that in the Solgar.. I have ordered Ainterol version of PM and waiting. But then reading this forum and the women are says that the Ainterol version does nothing. Saying that it is missing some of the ingredients that are needed for breast growth..

I have notice some changes with Saw Palmetto and Fenugreek as well the Solgar PM but just do not like the feeling of Solgar.

Feeling dizzy is not one symptom that I've ever experienced while taking herbals. Does this happen every time you take it? Try taking all the other and leaving the PM out. If it stops after that, then you have your answer. if not, do the same for the others until it stops. I don't know if the dizzy thing is bad but it doesn't sound good. The worst I've experienced is overdosing on Black Cohosh - made me feel very sick, dizzy, nauseated. It had me doubled over like I had very bad food poisoning. Don't ever do that, it's bad! And drink down your pills will enough water. I didn't and the pill didn't go all the way down. The shell dissolved and it all bubbled all the way back up. I choked and gagged. That was the most toxic tasting stuff I ever had.

Only when I take the PM Solgar version.. I'm wondering if the other things that are added are causing the issue or is it the PM. Normally most herbs do not effect me this way but since this one brand has so many other things in it plus PM I'm just not sure..

I still take a half a tab three times a day but still feel weird once it's in my blood stream.. With or without food. Here is the label on the bottle of all the ingredients..

Im still on my PM and others,yes I have read the other site saying it doesnt work. Well I know it helps the skin,and my breast has aches again,but dont know if it is really working. Ive only been on PM for about 2wks so I will give it time and get back to you with my answers. Hahaha and T-girl dont forget your water.

Well myAinterol version of PM came in and I took it and do not feel the problems that the other stuff was causing so that is good news now just hoping that it will work.. I also order BO just in case.. But will give this PM a little bit time to see what it will do.. thanks for help..

I have been taking a mixture of fenugreek seeds, saw palmetto and milk thistle for about 2 months now. I have noticed an awareness in my breast area but i'm not sure if that was just me willing something to happen. I have noticed a marked rounding of what used to be definite male pectoral muscle. I have now decided to give the pm a try. I think I will keep the saw palmetto and milk thistle to see what happens now. I hope the pm works for me as it has for some of you people. My advice is, avoid PM with Saw Palmetto. Saw Palmetto is known to have anti-estrogen effect as well as anti-androgen ones. Not a wise idea if ur taking PM as phytoestrogen, with Saw Palmetto to counteract it.

But if u're using Saw Palmetto as a T-Blocker, then to some extend, it works.

I have been taking the saw palmetto and pm for a week now. I think I will give that another 3 weeks to see what happens. Thank you for that bit of information. I guess you just have to be prepared to change things until you get it right for you.

You may want to try it longer than 3 more weeks. The pkg I received said 3-6 months and I read on another site it may take up to 12 months for males to develope. But things work different on everyone. Myself ,It has made the skin smooth,aches in the breast,still have firmness,dont know if from PM or others. My breast are getting alittle more round form. So im waiting on the PM to do its tricks also. We will see and I continue to use,im also on BO,changing amounts to get something to work. Keep trying and enjoy.

well I have been using the pm for a couple of months now and have to report a noticeable roundness of my little boobs. I can fill an A cup bra now, my skin is a lot softer and I have noticed that my waste has moved slightly from looking at some pictures that I took before using PM. I have reduced the sp and have been taking 2000mg of pm daily. I will continue until everything becomes too noticeable and have to re decide my future then. Emotionally there has been a great difference and my body hair seems to have thinned a little.

Having been on PM for 3 months since my last post, I thought I would update. Shortly after, I could feel things kicking in and reduced the dose, down to 2 a day which kept everything moving forward. I was also using PM spray and wild yam cream While a tape measure tells of only a little growth, reality is very different. About 3 weeks ago, I caught sight of myself in a mirror and I saw a bosom, a small one but definitely a bosom. The mass of my breasts have increased hugely and they extend from under my armpits to all but the centre of my chest, while at the front, they begin at about armpit level and are beginning gain a concave shape at the top. The breast buds are very apparent and they have been very tender of late.Their firmness has increased hugely and they have a prominence that was previously lacking. At this rate I thing the larger one could soon be filling a B cup
My waist has become narrower and the narrowest point has moved up to about 1 to 1 1/2 ins above the navel. I feel that I am beginning to increase the fat deposits on my upper thighs and bum. Body hair growth has markedly diminished.
The other huge effect has been on my mood. I have experienced a calmness I have never known before. I find myself being more empathetic towards others and much more aware of things that would not have mattered too much before, like having lots of flowers around the place. Just for it's wonderful effect on liberating the inner me, I will have to keep on taking PM. The next big decision - starting electrolysis.

Just reading my post and realised a big mistake. my waist has appeared to move. My waste is in the bin where it should be! It's good to be able to read about what is happening with other peoples bodies and particularly the emotional bits. Godd luck all you lovely people out there!!

Add me to the growing list of PM lovers. On my second month of two per day. Filling out an A cup well. Smoother skin, as well. Two years of all the other things, only had minimal effects, but PM works very nicely. I'm and older gurl, so that is saying something. Wish I'd done this 20 years ago!!!

As for myself:I have read about Ainterol not working,but im taking it now and will finish what I do have. Dont kn if you have to take for along time to work but I have ordered other brand. Im like everyone,I keep changing my intakes to see what does work. Im on 6x dy,for now until something else comes in. Also Fg & WY,in small #s, one or two dy,Flax Oil. Results: sore nipples and breast,looking better,but real slow process. Nipples seem to stick out more,the whole area comes to point. Incouraging...

Hey Tiff, well question was ment for you and Danni so thanks for respond. Q for you T, does PM split to 2x3 or 3x2 pils? Any SP, Spiro, etc? And any creams to speedup? I have a bit slower growth on right breast and would like try working trick to match their size, atm using PM cream and spray, but it doesnt help much for the right boob to speedup growth. Crossed my mind to try progesterone, pregnelone or mybe wildyam cream...mybe fenugreek... Any of male's has experience with that, seen many testemonies on female part of forum, but I am convinced there must be slight difference in effectivenes for female or male body. Any possible info will be wery appreciated, especialy since what ever i tried so far didnt balance growth for me!
