im 54 and i have grown small breasts, my hips are bigger, hair growth is slowing down , weight has stabalized, by taking first herbs for 1year then taking 10 mg progesterone or progestin and 4 mg of estrogen, sometimes on weekends i double up on estrogen and im loving the results. |

Your age does matter as much as genetics. I'm not "the" expert, but I have been on estrogen for many years to transition mtf. I started relatively young. From what I have learned that the older you are, the more your body is set in it's own ways. True, some of the soft tissue will respond, but your body has stopped developing thus the hormones will have less of an effect. As with younger individuals, their bodies still have degrees of development going on and the hormones help influence it. Hope that helped. |
