Can you smell the herbs? Basil and Italian parsley, plus mushrooms and red peppers ... my favorite and a classic!

Ha-ha... Sarah and that red-eye issue again!

David, she has really nice eyes, and the flash kills them. Not good to try rebuilding pupils after having a beer, as you can see! Hey, everything on the other shots of the pizza went untouched except for cropping.

Ya can't fool a guy who knows photography, can you?

Have you tried to use fresh mozzarella cheese as topping??
It is much better than regular cheese IMO.

Fresh mozzarella as opposed to POLY-O and other packaged brands, completely changes what a pizza is. Use good olive oil, fresh herbs, vegetables and most of all, fresh mozzarella! Mama Mia!

We're remote ...

from the many, many great shops we once had local to us in New York City. If we can not purchase an item local, often we will get on the internet and order. Our coffee still comes from Brooklyn!

You'd be amazed to find that some shops will pack a box with dry ice and send you most anything from most anywhere. Not the cheapest way to go, but ya know, it's all about using good ingredients. The technique improves with practice.

Now go make that ultimate pizza!
