I am just trying to find the right way to put this without sounding like a slut...because I am not. Let's just say that I have had my fair share of all type's of different men. And more than a few of those men had a similar build like Vin's, so it's been my experience with those men that they were at least 8 inches or more in some cases. A man's penis is pretty much in proportion to the rest of his body,a 6'2 man is not going to have a 3 inch penis and a 5'2 man probably won't have a 10 inch penis. HOWEVER there are exceptions to that rule, and as far as being able to tell he is cut...if you look closely at tip of it you can see a ridge which is at the bottom part of the head. If he was uncut you wouldn't be able to see that ridge because it would be covered up by a piece of skin and it would appear smooth. Plus he was born in the 60's when circumcisions were a totally routine thing, not like today when about 90% of parents choose not to have their baby boys circumcised. Also a visual might have helped, it's kind of hard to explain without one.
