Actually, there is a poster here on this board who is an Independent Film Maker who met Vin and his brother back at Sundance a few years ago - she feels that that IS most likely Vin's brother - from what she remembers.
On another board (UVDFC) someone did a split screen of the faces of (Paul in that pic) and Vin. The facial structure was EXACTLY the same.
