Vin has a Twin brother (Paul) and a younger sister (Samantha) and brother. Not once has he ever refered to them as Step-siblings (even though technically they are). From what Vin has said in interviews his mother married Irving Vincent when he was about a year old. He's never refered to him as a step-father either, he consideres him his Dad.
Vin also stated on TRL (I believe) that he had gotten his younger brother video games for Christmas. Of course, he lives in California - Vin has stated that on many occasions. I've even seen pictures of one of the houses he used to live in in the Hollywood Hills.
