Um, Paul Vincent is very alive and well. He's even won awards in his profession. There are yearbook photo's of he and Vin (Mark) at their school in NY. Any Vin fan knows Paul is REAL and wouldn't insult his family by saying he is fake.
Vin also stated that he doesn't have a love life right now, and that he dated Liza in the past. Did you even watch Leno?
