Maybe it's just me...but in TCOR, at the very end of the film, after Riddick defeated Marshall and he "supposedly" became the next Lord, they showed a view of the "orb" leaving the sky and the ships leaving the planet. Did they do this just in case there wasn't going to be another film? Because i didn't notice this until last night when i watched it with my boyfriend. I was just wondering because i heard that they did intend to make another film, but I didn't know if the audience was to just assume that Riddick had taken the title of Lord.
