I think when she put down Vincent as his name, I believe she was referring to his last name. I also believe that she kept it that way to honor his privacy. It was quite some time before he actually came clean about his name. As for his height, well I've heard that so many different answers for that one I don't know which to believe. Besides those are mundane facts and to call it all lies is a little harsh.
