Maybe, just maybe, what he gets from that, he can use some to help budget C2. He knows how to work with the money.
I am sure people would wait a couple of years to see C2.
Didn't they wait 4-5 for CoR? Ahh, yes and don't forget, Pitch Black was way bellow CoR's budget.
