      Hey guys, this is not Marilyn Monroe's death bed picture. She was lying face down naked in the bed with her legs sprawled open. Her face was turned to the left while lying face down. I read she had been killed by an injection of a drug in her colon and the men escaped. You have to read the true real stories to understand what happened but this isn't the actual picture. Type in Marilyn Monroe death bed pic and you will see it!
