Why are you so bitter? I got a great education at the UAG. I ended up working at a US med school. It is what you make of it and some folks won't be happy wherever they go because med school is tough. I loved learning the language, culture and working with the people. I came back to the states without difficulty and fit into the US med population. Some grads don't make it, but most do.
