And Raising Arizona isn't "prison-oriented" enough, I suppose?
I happened across this article while looking for 5-digit movie prison numbers to use as an inside joke for a software development project. We ended up using two from Shawshank (Andy's and Red's), but several other numbers I could find based on the movie list weren't the right length.
So I began thinking about the movies that had their opening scenes in prison, and Nicolas Cage popped into my head.
-starts off incarcerated
-falls in love with and marries a processing officer
-gets paroled
-antagonists are escapees, who ultimately return of their own free will
-etc.
Lots of reasons to include this one in my opinion. |
