My grandfather "Opa" passed away in '81 and I was hoping I would inherit his South Bend model 34,IIRC, as I was an apprentice in the trade. Unfortunately Uncle Ralph decided he could put it to good use. Just the other day Ralph offered it to me. I have memories from my childhood of Opa teaching the grandkids how to operate it.
