Made in Austria, (Germany & swiss components). About $16,00 new check back thru this AMW forum as i have several posts on parts I have made. This machine is really the minium you would need to be versatle next step up would be a Denford Triac about 2X the travel, REALl FANUC servo motors & control, about $5K used & hard to find & have an optional turret, have owned Sherline, Maxnc, Minitech, etc and this guy blows everything else out of the water. Has 3/4 H.P. motor REAL 30 taper spindle, full FANUC controller and you can turn the head 90 degrees to the right for Horizontal machining.
I paid $2,300 for it on ebay +crating & shipping = $3,100.
