Can Anyone Help Me Cut / Shape Some Delrin

I am trying to finish a laser illuminator and night vision project.
I have all the parts and technical stuff figure out. I just need
the housings. I think delrin would be a good material to use.
Shouldn't be too difficult; the laser illuminator would be about the
size of a mini mag flashlight, but with inserts to hold the lenses and laser
in place and end caps. For the night vision I just need a hollow disk one half
inch thick and 3 inches in diameter with removable back, a 1/2 inch centered hole in
front for the cameral lense and 1/4 inch hole in back for the wires.
