to cut the "left" and "right" radius, plus a bit to cut the "straight section". I also relied on my digital dial caliper to control the various sizes and notch setbacks. Still....foe me it was pretty tedious to try determining the correct setbacks considering that all "corners" of all surfaces were radiused to minimum stresses.
After the customer tests my conversion I'll report the results, good or bad.
